I am a special issuance medical case due to cancer (twice). Dr. Kramer did a fantastic job sorting my medical out after an issue due to insufficient paperwork from an AME who was not so familiar with special issuance. No shade to the previous AME, he just wasn't the specialist I didn't know I needed. I highly recommend Dr. Kramer!
Lost my medical with ZERO follow up help from Dr Kramer. He revoked my medical based on new FAA criteria surrounding chronic kidney disease with a basic patent “well that’s the way she goes bud” type of response and in the 2 years since has offered ZERO ASSISTANCE or advice even though I used him for the better part of a decade as a professional pilot. Do NOT recommend.
