Had to have our Boiler replaced and this was dealt with so quickly, and communication with Gareth throughout was great and the fitters on the day were excellent, left everything clean and tidy. Very pleased with the Customer Support received.
Wow, this is how every business should be run! Emergency call out for elderly mother with dementia over a bank holiday weekend. Arrived when arranged with great communication. Polite and respectful throughout. Problem completely resolved and was astounded at such a reasonable price. I cannot recommend highly enough and wish these guys the successful future they deserve. Cannot fault the service from Pilot Light. Both Gareth and Dan helped us when we we've had issues in our old house and are were our first call when we moved to our new home for our plumbing and heating needs. They dropped everything when we had an emergency and make sure we was all ok before leaving. Brilliant team and very knowledgeable
Gareth was great, really quick response on a bank holiday Monday and he fixed our leaking shower quickly, great service and would recommend!
Dan and Gareth gave us a wonderful service for our heating problems. They carefully considered the issues in this older property where the heating system was inefficient and hadn't been properly attended to for years. They were kind, helpful , providing a very professional service . Reece was also intregal to the service too.
