Buyers beware - Scam FRAUD - stay away. Do NOT order anything from them. total fraud. you will never get anything and only way to get your money back is thru the bank or credit card dispute. There is one guy, Jerry, who tells you he is on sales runs (whatever that means) and he is looking into things but never actually does anything.
Rip off! Ordered a jacket online. In Dec of 2014. Still have not received it as of 3/31/2015! Have emailed and called at last a half a dozen times each if not more. No response from any of them. These peoples are real rip-off artists! I had to leave as least one star, it should have been ZERO!
Absolutely Horrible Customer Service! On MON 4/21/2014 I placed an order with Pilot Junkie on their website (pilotjunkie.com). My credit card was charged the same day, and on THU 5/1/2014 I received an e-mail stating that my order had been shipped. When the order hadn't arrived a few weeks later, I sent 2 e-mails (WED 5/14/2014 and SAT 5/17/2014) but didn't get a reply to either one.
