They should install a/c everywhere, it is too hot to live here and thrive it is majorly dusty in apartments and about $500 to high for rent BEN the maintenance man is the best service I have ever had in any apartment....it is pretty but do not be fooled lots lots of issues here .... some really nosy neighbors too. We only resigned lease health issues or would have been out of here in a second. YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING IN ALL APARTMENTS as you walk down the hall......no real privacy. RecommendedI’ve been living at the Villas at Amberglen West for a year and a half, and I just signed another year lease! The women who run the office and the maintenance team are all rockstars! I feel like a queen in my comfy space -the complex is only a few years old, so the modern open floor plan and quality appliances really has improved my life. And the complex is close to the MAX, grocery stores and restaurants, and the pet clean up stations are so conveniently placed! Do yourself a favor and swing by for a tour! ❤️

RecommendedWe enjoyed living in Contour 39. Our apartment had a view into the Sweetwater Park. The Contour 39 Team was always very friendly and helpful. Usually the maintenance team would show up the next day after opening a ticket and take care of the repair. They have a nice gym and pool area. The location is within walking distance of the Lone Tree entertainment district. We recommend this community.
RecommendedEveryone at Platform has been SUCH a blessing teaching us all the new things. You've all made our move from the suburbs to the city the easiest possible. The amenities are beyond our expectations & the views are better than we dreamed. We're glad we picked this building to make our home.
