Macy’s uses this company to deliver furniture.it has been the 3rd time Macys scheduled my furniture delivery since I purchased the bedroom furniture.. The delivery window was 2-4pm. BEST BUY SHOULD BLACKLIST THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience after Best Buy picked this company to deliver and install my washer and dryer. My delivery window was from 3pm-7pm, and when I got to my house at 3:10pm their crew was in the driveway waiting. When I came up to their truck, they said they could only wait for 15 minutes, their main office had closed the ticket, and couldn't deliver the washer and dryer. This company delivered a refrigerator that j ordered from Best Buy. The day before, they sent me a text with a 4-hour delivery window. Then I received another text shortly before (approx 10 minutes) their arrival. They arrived within the expected time and were prompt and treated my home and new appliance with care. The only issue I had was that they did not level my refrigerator. I asked the installer to level it and he told me it was my floor that was not level (that’s not the case). Worst delivery ever, they give you a time frame and never show up, i based my schedule off the 3 attempted delivery time frame they gave me, zero communication off the driver and shipper, after the 4th attempt I told them either they come at before 5pm or return the refrigerator, item was returned and went to a outlet to buy a open box and they delivered with geeksquad
