They were to install a washer/dryer from Best Buy and they were awful. They refused to wear shoe covers or put down a tarp and tracked mutt all over my carpets. Then they would not install my unit because of calcification on my hot water valve, saying it was corroded. My plumber said that it wasn’t bad but they wouldn’t do it anyway. Then they wanted to leave the unit in the middle of my stairwell instead of putting it where it belongs. Worse delivery I ever had.
Avoid Pilot + caution with those that contract it (Best Buy). Devoted most of a day to waiting for delivery. Crew arrives, sees 2 ways to bring a washer into the house. One is wide and another narrow. They ignore the wide one, take photos of narrow pathway so they can cover their butts to document that they will not do the delivery and without saying a word drive away.
Macy’s uses this company to deliver furniture.it has been the 3rd time Macys scheduled my furniture delivery since I purchased the bedroom furniture.. The delivery window was 2-4pm. I called Macy’s at 5pm and Macys rescheduled the delivery to 9/16/25, This company arrived 2.5 hours late at 6:30 to deliver the furniture The delivery company called and the lady was very rude. BEST BUY SHOULD BLACKLIST THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience after Best Buy picked this company to deliver and install my washer and dryer. My delivery window was from 3pm-7pm, and when I got to my house at 3:10pm their crew was in the driveway waiting. When I came up to their truck, they said they could only wait for 15 minutes, their main office had closed the ticket, and couldn't deliver the washer and dryer.
