Horribly inconsistent service and no communication from them when delivery times change.
Pilot did a good job completing the last leg of my TV shipment. They kept me informed of the logistics and were able to accommodate my "don't need signature" request. The girl I talked with in LaVergne Customer Service on 04/21/26 afternoon was *excellent* and very friendly, and driver was nice enough to help my wife get the TV in the house. I had issues with the first leg of my shipment with Maersk, but that's not Pilot's fault.
