If I could leave a 0 star I would. The service company changes your delivery time without reaching out to you, nor do they even ask if someone is even available for the time of delivery. Very difficult to reach and I cannot even tell if my item will ever arrive!
I have no idea why Povision uses this freight carrier. My order was estimated at 1 to 3 weeks. It's going on a month and even after a month the products has been idle for one week in Los Angeles and still sitting there. And no one knows why it's still just sitting there.
