Original post was on yelp but I'm just making sure we spread this. BOOOOOO!!! Where do I start, Well the automated call to transfer to the "correct" department is horrible. 2nd I was transferred from 1 department to another. 3rd I was placed on hold multiple times and then sent back to the automated machine. I'm using this carrier as our customer's preferred carrier but WOW I'll will never personally use this carrier.
