I am very displeased with the delivery. I called in advance to make sure I could set a date and time for delivery since we would be out of town. I was told I would receive a call to schedule. Well, I never received a call and my item sat in the rain in my driveway for about a week. It also still has the metal framing around the outside of the box and I'm not sure how I am supposed to dispose of it. This is unacceptable for any product of any size or cost.

If I could give zero stars I would. Their tracking updates might as well say "you'll get it when you get it." The only tracking information I have ever been given for my item just says the same thing 5 separate times for 5 different days. My item was schedule to arrive 4 days ago and is in limbo with no information as to where it is. Don't bother trying to call them, you'll continuously be looped on their automotive answering system until you finally give up. Package was a week late and delivery wasn’t even scheduled as promised. I seriously needed this delivery scheduled so I’d have some help here, but they instead dumped a $1200 treadmill in my yard and drove off. The tracking system is full of glitches and the delivery experience overall was lazy. We get it. It’s the holidays. I didn’t mind it was late. My issue was the poor customer service. At least knock on the door and let me know it’s in the front yard!

Was told almost two weeks ago they had my item. Call today waiting on a delivery date the story has now changed. I wouldn’t recommend and if Walmart continues to use them I won’t be ordering large items from them.
