Amazon return of an air hockey table. First appointment (11 to 6 window), no show. Second appointment, one person was sent to pick up a 250 pound item, which I notified them of. Called to schedule third appointment and rep refused to work with me on a more precise window, said they didn't ask me to take off my job, it wasn't her fault, and she hung up after I providing the company's information for a complaint.

Have a package that I was having a hard time locating and called the Jacksonville office. The gentleman I spoke with was so friendly and helpful. He helped me find the location it was in and gave me updates when the package was never actually at the Jacksonville location. Wonderful customer service!

En la entrega que me hicieron de una estufa de 48 pulgadas le dije que si podía ponerla adentro de la casa y me dijo que no. Que la compañía no lo permite pero uno paga por ese delivery y el Home Depot o Lowe’s cuando te envían mensaje o buscas en el portal del comercio te dan instrucciones para tu desalojar todo lo que esté en medio para poder entregar tu delivery y entonces no te hacen el favor de subirlo porque no les da la ganas.
