Had a hood delivered and I was on my way home. The driver was nice enough to wait an extra couple minutes and i really appreciate it. Also extremely polite. Great service on my end.
Was scheduled to have a washer installed and have the old one hauled away. Workers came, looked at my machine and said “we don’t do that”. When I informed them that it was paid for and scheduled to have the old one hauled away, workers began making rude comments in Spanish (I speak Spanish fyi so understood everything being said). The manager then told me via phone “we don’t do that but he will speak to his drivers.” They drove off doing none of the work they were obligated to do.
