Missed deadline, poor communication. Don’t use.
Terrible experience with pickup delivery. Amazon uses this company and they were supposed to arrive during a pickup window. They call me early before window to tell me they do not follow Amazon scheduled time windows… if you ever have to use this company just cancel and ask for a different way.
Saw the negative reviews and was worried about my new tv being destroyed or something. But i was pleasantly surprised. This was the most punctual delivery I've ever received. 0900-1300 delivery window, and he arrived at 0900 on the dot. Small sample size, but my experience was nothing short phenomenal. Undamaged tv delivered on time 5/5
Worst company ever!!!! Not responsible at all!!!!
