Never had any issues with this company. Great service, being a TSA company I'm glad the keep an expectation on incoming products and do not allow products to be just dropped off without prior notifications.
The employee's in the loading dock area have no idea how to do their job. Complete waste of my time. I went through Freight Center to drop off a personal pallet and some kid told me, "You can't drop off personal freight, you need to be a known shipper." What the hell does that even mean? I had the correct paperwork (BOL) and went through FC. The Freight manager needs to learn how to read. Complete garbage company at the Oak Creek location. No wonder they're changing their name.
2 drivers. Don't know their names. Came to my mom's apt to pick up a Futon, she gave them $20 bc she didn't have small currency. I saw them taking down the item by the door when i went to her house,i told her she should wait for me to tip them bc she didn't have small change. After they took her money which i didn't know about it,they also took my $10 and didn't say that my mom already gave them $20.
