August 19 2022 ABQ Pilot Freight Location Hours 8-5 M-F I called to verify this they said they were open until 4. I told them I was on the way and arrived at 3:58 to find the place dark and closed down. The employees want to leave early with no regards for Pilots customers. This is the second time they weren't there at the stated hours. They are a huge inconvenience to my small business and I am canceling this shipment and won't be shipping with Pilot again.

Paid to use pilot services and The website says 8-5 so I figured I had time to get there and still decided to call them and they said they were leaving at 4 so I rushed down there and arrived at 3:58 with no one there and all the lights turned off. Number one it’s false advertisement if your website says 8-5 and they want to leave at 4 or even earlier and number 2 the employees are rude and seem to hate their job.
