they had more order for over a month with no communication or updates. had to cancel my order entirely since no one seems to know where it is. go elsewhere
Good overall experience, showed up a little later than mentioned on the call but helped me get the package inside the house. I would use again. Just be sure to pack it well.
I was able to schedule a delivery window online, got a text the day of the delivery that it was on schedule, driver and associate were friendly and handled my delivery safely.
Will lie about delivery times and breaks freight like its there business model
Took a day off of work for a previously scheduled delivery. They called me at 9:30 to reschedule🙄. Sam's club and pilot need to use a different delivery service.
