Expected a delivery from Lowes via Pilot/Maersk. Took time off work and paid the city to block off parking, but the delivery didn’t happen. They blamed me because I was waiting at the front of the building (the actual address of the delivery) instead of the random alley where they decided to park.
Honestly my experience with picking up my carbon fiber pieces were pretty simple and quick, no damage, was a bit scared due to all the reviews.
They called me and asked where I wanted my deep freezer delivered and I told them next to the neighbors garage by the trash cans. They delivered it to the other neighbors side of their house on top of their freshly planted lilacs
they had more order for over a month with no communication or updates. had to cancel my order entirely since no one seems to know where it is. go elsewhere
Good overall experience, showed up a little later than mentioned on the call but helped me get the package inside the house. I would use again. Just be sure to pack it well.
