I have been going to Pilot Butte Dental for 15 years, maybe longer. I am super satisfied. I am doing major dental work in December. Dr. Wiley has been counseling me for years to get this done. But never pressured me to get this work done. I am glad to have Dr. Wiley do all that work for me and complete confidence in him and his work. They are great dental partners for our family! Part of the porcelain broke off one of my OLD crowns. I was sure it would take weeks before I could see Dr. Wiley and also was sure the crown would have to be replaced. When I called their office, the receptionist said “Can you be here in 45 minutes?” I hurried and arrived at the right time. Then a nice and cordial assistant ushered me in. The Doctor examined the tooth and said it was all intact and he could just smooth the edges of chip . . . At no cost! Dr. Wiley and his experienced staff offer more than just good dental care; they are also generous with compassion and kindness, making a difficult situation less stressful. They can create crowns in a day right there in the office, and that has been so convenient when I needed that. My thanks to Dr. Wiley and his crew!

As expected it was awesome! Attention to Covid-19 was addressed from entry to exit, cleaning was thorough and any questions answered, dental hygienist was the best! Gail (Patricia)
I went to my first appointment today. The hygienist was engaging and funny but also very professional. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and explaining what she was doing. Dr. Wiley is so friendly and welcoming. So glad I found them!
