Norm was AWESOME! I found him on Google Reviews and he did an incredible job helping me to update my guest bathroom in under a week. He moved plumbing over so I could install a vanity as an upgrade from an old pedestal. Highly recommend him - I will be sending him all of my clients as well. Very reliable. Thanks Norm!
Norm at Pilot Butte plumbing is great to work with. I had water heater issues and he was able find time in his schedule to get it taken care of quickly. He always responds fast, is very professional, and does a great job! I will definitely continue to use him for future plumbing work.
We were experiencing water pressure issues in our master shower and assumed we had a block in our water line. When we called Pilot Butte Plumbing, the owner was able to come out the next day and assess our situation. He checked all possible issues and determined that the shower mixer was the most likely cause. He purchased the replacement part and once installed, our issue was fixed! We are very happy with Pilot Butte and will use him again if we have another concern.
