They were supposed to pick up a bad dehumidifier I got from Amazon. No call, no show. Pathetic service!!!!!
Worst service ever had to send an 85 inch Tv back to Amazon . Pilot sent me email stating pickup was scheduled for 12/16 between 3pm-8pm. Then got text message saying it was now Tuesday 12/17 between 7AM and 7PM I responded with that was unacceptable being I took the day off work to have it picked up on Monday got reply back that it was busy season and they had to do Tuesday instead and that I didn't have to be home for pickup to just leave it outside with something covering it and write pilot on it, I live on a busy road an... read more
