Delivered the wrong item with a completely different address and now I have a disappointed birthday girl. A complete joke
Communication is terrible. You’ll get a hold of them once , no telling when’s the next time you’ll be able to reach them. If you miss a delivery or try to reschedule it’s almost impossible.
They have scheduled two deliveries for the same package and showed up for neither. Unusable service. Avoid.

I would give zero stars if I could, completed an order through Walmart March 29th, delivery was scheduled for April 7th and they were a no show, called on April 8th and was told their next available delivery date was April 10th between 10 am and 5 pm so I accepted that date. Called today April 10th as it 5:45 to find out where the delivery is and was told it is still sitting in folcroft pa as a driver has not been dispatched to pick up the order???
