They did not schedule delivery until I called them. I spoke to Tom and said that the shipment just arrived today even though the shipment arrived 3 days ago...liar. If you track online it stated "attempted call/ left a message" but in reality they never do. I check my answering machine and caller ID and never was there a call from their office.
