Delivery was scheduled between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm, representative said they would call when they were on their way. They showed up at 2:00, never called. They dropped a heavy box on one of my landscaping plants and broke it. I paid for white glove delivery. They must have dropped one of my pieces of furniture because I noticed it was off balance and found the broken piece by my front step. Delivery guys were clowns. Find a different delivery service if you can.

70' TV arrived with a baseball sized shattered hole in the middle top. Unbelievable.

Had an Amazon delivery scheduled to be dropped off between 3:00 and 7:00 pm. Got home at 2:00 pm only to see that the items had already been delivered. There was also supposed to be a signature required at delivery, yet there was none. Not the biggest of problems, but still noteworthy that the scheduled delivery times mean nothing to them.

I have a return from Amazon that Pilot was supposed to pick up 6/1 and were a no show. Called Amazon to reschedule another pick up from Pilot and they were to show up today 6/7 between 12-4 and again, no show. This company is quite unreliable. Revised... they just picked it up. Didn't knock. Just picked it up and left. So much for needing to be here to sign?
