Deal with this company on a regular basis. As well as a similar company in Maine, my work requires multiple freight deliveries a month. Dozens of orders through Pilot, and have yet to not have an issue with a single one. When you get a text scheduling your delivery, make sure to call and confirm with a real human. These texts are automated, and will trigger likely before your delivery is actually ready. Oh, and if you call the company about wasting your time, they just shirk any accountability. Worst delivery service I have ever seen they say it's a white glove delivery service unpacking delivering to what ever room you want and set up first the 2 delivery guys tell me we just drop the TV and that's it so I argued with them so they agreed to do the white glove service big mistake on my part they unpacked the TV in my driveway made a big mess with the box falling over hitting my vehicle then they bring the TV in leaning it against my furniture on my hard wood floors with no protection and had no experience with an e... read more

Best delivery service
Third tv I’ve ordered and have been shipped through this company, first two were smashed when they arrived and this one looks like it was dragged through a lake. Took 11 days to get to my house. I’d recommend when you buy something you make sure it’s not shipped by anyone that has anything to do with these people. Recent purchased by a company called “Maersk”….same idiots.
