Horrible service! They said they’ll call with a 30 minute heads up, never called! & rescheduling was such an inconvenience. When simply their driver dropped the ball and didn’t call! Horrible communication and customer service
worst freight company ever. tracking says it was delivered 2 days ago, i never received my freight, never was contacted, never signed for anything, i never left home the entire week. so where is my freight??? what a dog and pony show, they should have a magic show in vegas making peoples freight vanish into thin air.
Do not use this delivery service. Horrible. They were two weeks late on delivery. Because it was 2 weeks late I denied delivery as they stated they couldn’t deliver without approval, but they delivered anyways without approval.
The worst place a person could possibly go. Been promised for three days they would pick up an item,and no they call another co to do it....absolutely not acceptable....jerks!
