Took my 13 year old at first sight of Pilonidal and the Doctor was so reassuring to us that so far everything looks like it’s going in the right direction of No surgery! He gave us treatment options and now she’s recovered. Thx god for this center!
Great experience from start to finish! I appreciated how both Dr. Shrager and Dr. Miller took a lot of time to educate me and answer all my questions. It was made clear they were available whenever a question or concern arose after surgery, as well. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone dealing with pilonidal disease. Top notch.

I had a great experience with the entire staff at PTCNJ. They are very knowledgeable and made the process go smoothly. The travel program they have set up is great, it makes it easy for out of state patients like myself to be able to still receive their top notch medical care/expertise. Highly recommended.
Our 18-year-old son suffered from pilonidal disease of the gluteal cleft and was in constant pain throughout much of his high school years. Before seeing Dr. Miller and Dr. Shrager, we had visited several other specialists. Unfortunately, the only treatment that was offered was repeated drainage of the cyst, which provided only temporary relief.
