Erick and Sauli are amazing!! Pilon Kitchen catered my wedding in June and I cannot say enough good things about them. I plan weddings and events for a living so my standards are high and they were so great to work with—they always respond very promptly and go above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. Their food is so yummy and everything on the wedding day was executed flawlessly. So grateful to them!
DELICIOUS FOOD! EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION! WARM PEOPLE! Pilon catered our fully plant-based wedding and all our carnivorous guests were blown away by how delicious and filling it was! Communicating with Sauli to plan it all was a breeze- she always replied so quickly and with so much love. Even our "tasting" a few months before the wedding was above & beyond- they set a beautiful table for us and crafted the whole experience to be so romantic and of course delicious. We are so grateful. Highly recommend! ♡

Erick and Sauli were a dream a to work with for our wedding at Cuffeys Cove in Elk, CA. Our guests loved the food so much and the truck added an additional decor to the wedding. They were so sweet and even posted videos & reels of our day. We also got their charcuterie table which was also a major hit at our wedding.
