Unfortunately, I can't recommend anymore. TLDR: They are added premium charges increasing my cost by 40%, without telling me. The app doesn't work well. It's dropping my confirmed requests. Then they sent to an old address that was NOT the default one. They are overusing their chat bot which is useless and I can't get through to anyone for a week. If I could submit less than 1 star, I would. Pillway has been pathetic in terms of customer service since sending me six Libre 2 sensors without my authorization. This put me over my drug plan maximum. I have been trying to rectify this for a month but the lack of customer response at their Pillway B.C. number continues to frustrate.

Past few times I have an RX sent and hear nothing back for over a week. I have to contact them for them to fill and deliver. They also operate on eastern time zone which doesn’t work for us here in BC. But don’t call too early because then the BC one isn’t open yet, but you can’t be too late or they’re closed based on eastern time zone. So you basically have a 3 hour window to contact someone. Do not use this pharmacy their customer service is appalling. My order was delayed due to what they told me was a “system glitch”. When it was finally delivered the medication that is required to stay cold was warm - the ice packs had melted. This medication costs me $428 out of pocket I don’t have coverage. When I contacted them they said it’s perfectly fine and no error was made by them. Despite every delivery in the past arrived cold. I was happy with Pillway, but they recently shipped my meds to a previous address, even though I updated my address before the order was placed and messaged them. In fact, in the message they even quoted the correct address, but still shipped to the wrong one. Will likely use a local pharmacy next time. ** UPDATE ** I changed my rating to 5 as Pillway reached out to me and worked with me to resolve the address issue, and have followed up to ensure my meds would arrive.
