I was happy with Pillway, but they recently shipped my meds to a previous address, even though I updated my address before the order was placed and messaged them. In fact, in the message they even quoted the correct address, but still shipped to the wrong one. Will likely use a local pharmacy next time.
I placed an order 6 days ago (5 business days) and it hasn't even shipped yet. When I phoned to inquire, staff could offer zero help and were generally unpleasant. This company is garbage! Stick with your local pharmacy.

This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a pharmacy. I put in my prescription over a week ago. I still don't have my meds. I have had them claim that I wasn't replying to messages that they never sent. I contacted them for days on end with no reply. And when they finally did ship my medication, they sent it to the wrong place in spite of the fact that I had confirmed my address twice. If I could rate this a zero I would. Do not recommend
