My first order with them was seamless. Not sure what’s happened in a month but I’m shocked at the lack of professionalism. Not only was I charged 3 different amounts on my credit card but I still haven’t had my meds delivered. This will be my last order from this place. If you can’t deliver a timely , professional product then you have no business being in this industry.
The pharmacy staff are incredibly helpful and responsive. When there is an issue they respond quickly and ensure that when there is a misunderstanding/mistake they fix it quickly.
Pillway has provided great service and really excels at getting medications dispensed for snowbirds like my wife and I
