They are great. Way cheaper than shoppers. Deliver to my door. I have scripts that need to keep cool. They deliver in cooler. You must be home to receive but they schedule. It’s awesome.
I absolutely loved this service when it was simpill. When it rebranded something broke. They bill early and deliver late. I have had them leave out medication. Alert me to deliveries that do not show up, not alert me to deliveries that come late at night. The app doesn't work as it should, I get extra reminders when I have to take medication and even when I don't have to medication to take. It is a complete shit show.
I have been using Pillway for several months and I have had an excellent experience. The app is very easy to use and the chat tool to connect with staff and pharmacists is very responsive and helpful. I have my prescriptions set up on auto delivery and it just simplifies my life so much versus using a traditional pharmacy. My delivery experience is always 10/10 as well!
Unfortunately, my experience with Pillway Pharmacy has been very disappointing. The service is extremely unorganized, medications have been mixed up or mistakes have been made, and everything seems to take far too long to get resolved. I have tried to be patient, but the repeated errors and slow service have made dealing with the pharmacy very frustrating. Horrid service. Zero communication about anything, constant phone calls required because they aren't on top of anything. No communication for deliveries. Drivers call 3 minutes ahead of time from a personal phone number for delivery, and you must be present when they come. They have let me run out of medication twice in the last 5 weeks.
