Staff is often inattentive. Has poor track record with state including negligence in death of resident. My own parent fell and broke hip before dinner and wasn't found on front step until after dinner (they have assigned seating). Often has not been given services expected (like not having catheter bag drained overnight. Yes, this facility was sold to a new owner since the negligent death and some people were terminated then, but care has not improved.
Bad place. caregivers who do not care, building unfriendly tu wheelchairs....
My Dad Lived here for almost 2 Years. The Staff is Caring and Concerned about Your Loved Ones Well Being while in their care, Highly recommend!
