This is an overall great spot and I think there's potential for me to increase the rating for the food, simply because I didn't try the egg salad sandwich yet but just the masago one, which was still super solid. Both lattes were also good but what you would expect for a shop like this one. I'm going to go back and try the traditional egg salad sandwich and update my score accordingly..

My daughter and I had a sweet tooth craving and decided to try Pillow Talk based on a video review we saw on Instagram. We were NOT disappointed. The cakes were light, fluffy, not overly sweet, but delicious. They are light and airy. We met the co-owner, Elaine, and she was incredibly gracious, friendly, and warm. A delight to speak to. Ordered the mango ube drink at Mangofest. The photo of the drink on their Instagram page is completely misleading. It was super bland and tasted like milk that had an ube root dipped into it for 6 seconds. Could not taste the mango at all. This was the la croix of milk lattes, if it was Filipino. What a waste of $12–a $7 giant agua fresca would never do me like that.
