I Love The Pillow Clinic But They Need To Get Some Better Receptionist, I Am Livid That I Call Them And They Put Me On Hold For Over 10 Minutes And Then Transferred My Call Back To The Que Knowing That They Closed At 4:30PM. That Is BEYOND UNPROSESSIONAL!! So Glad That The Situation Isn't Life Or Death But There Still Should Have Been A Sense Of Courtesy And Urgency
They are nice but…. Entirely to slow, from checking in to sitting in the back they move entirely to slow. Since my child was 6 months they really hadn’t been much assistance. They waited til my child was 18 months old before ever even writing a referral to PCDC which never even called me. But in order for me to get them to send a referral somewhere else I must have an appointment for the same stuff I been asking for since my child was 6 months old. They quick to give out shots but not quick to help with what you asking them ... read more
