Rian Pillietteri is a horrible physician. My mother went into the ER tonight for high bp and sob. He basically wrote her off after giving her a breathing treatment, clonidine for the blood pressure and ibuprofen. He did not draw blood and only did a cxr after I insisted. I asked him to admit her for 24 hour observation and he refused saying it would be inappropriate.
