Not a fan of being solicited to sell my house to this company and then be offered to rent it back from them. Also not a great tactic to say that someone’s house was identified as being a good candidate for renovation.

Could not ask for a better landlord. When we have an issue they are right on it. We will definitely be a long term tenant.

Piller Properties have been great to rent from! Jake is very attentive, always answers calls/texts, and handles any maintenance issues in a very timely manner! Jake consistently checks in to see how everything is going at the house and to see if anything needs attention. I have loved my experience renting from Piller Properties! I couldn’t ask for a better landlord!
