There isn’t enough that I could say! I recently had the stress of dealing with almost a 2 month long battle trying to get my son’s insurance renewed. I'm extremely disappointed with the services I've received from Pillar Child Development. Despite my son's ongoing needs, they've consistently canceled appointments at the last minute, leaving us without support when we need it most and we live an hour away! The final straw was when they discontinued his services due to their inability to find a speech therapist, without any prior discussion or warning. My son absolutely loves coming here for OT
Patients are taken for granted! I believe the whole place is run by the cancellation fees only. Worst administration, they never reach out when the sessions are cancelled from their end but they will happily charge you the no-show fee even though the kids are sick. The rescheduling is a joke, you will never find a slot and they can only have one or two in weird times. No services if no card on file, and nobody responds to emails to explain the charges.
