Patients are taken for granted! I believe the whole place is run by the cancellation fees only. Worst administration, they never reach out when the sessions are cancelled from their end but they will happily charge you the no-show fee even though the kids are sick. The rescheduling is a joke, you will never find a slot and they can only have one or two in weird times. No services if no card on file, and nobody responds to emails to explain the charges. We've had a great experience at Piller. While it's true they have streamlined the check in and scheduling process using the website and email rather then front desk personnel. I like this format. We were seen quickly for eval and scheduled for sessions routinely. Shout out to Jaime Larkin for being my daughter's favorite person. She enjoys her therapy time and is making very good progress. It’s been almost 8 months since our therapist left and we still haven’t heard back from them on a spot for my daughter. Thank goodness I found a new therapist but this is only one of many issues we had with them. they just simply don’t seem to care about their patients.

If the bad reviews aren’t bad enough for you to avoid this place, just look at the owner’s responses to the bad reviews and you’ll know everything you need to know 😅
