These folks are a bunch of crooks. I bought a home from them in 2017, turned my punchlist in the following year. They still have not completed the punchlist. They are totally lazy. The latest thing I found is they glued a light fixture shut. I cannot even change the bulb so I need to buy a whole new ceiling fan. They are big fans of glue.
