I’m giving it a one star because as a first time patient, and SEVERAL times calling, trying to schedule an appointment and I have not gotten through to someone nor a call back. Definitely disappointing and concerning, considering this is the clinic I was assigned to.
They don’t get back to anybody
Does not respect patient -client confidentiality and will make excuses to violate their own rules

Pillars seems to disappoint me time and time again. Needed a TB test read and the results faxed (which took Concentra care literally 5 minutes) and Pillars wanted to put me in for an appointment on the 12th. I told the receptionist that there is a time frame to these results being read and needed this service to be done in the next 24 hours, but I do not think she understood because she still referred to it as me getting a "tuberculosis shot".
