Visited for lunch with my grandaughter as a little treat.Whilst the place was extremely busy being it lunchtime,the people behind counter were doing their upmost to get things sorted,both the young gentlemen had run out of paper to write the orders down..Low and behold to whom i can only assume is the manager,spoke to these young men in a disgusting manor,Ive never felt so uncomfortable in my life.You wouldnt have spoken to an animal the way he spoke,no doubt they are getting pittence pay.Someone needs to attend a management... read more
Not bad but not great is the best way of summing this place up, if your hungry and need quick food this is ya place, massive menu loads of choice and quick food as well, staff were very friendly enough good vibe in there. It was pretty quiet and they were unsure what table we were which is concerning if it is busy. Also some cutlery we had was dirty and hadn’t been washed properly. Overall a bang average spot if you are hungry
Food is always cold no matter what you order. Cold air, dirty floors, waiters absolutely careless, waiting so long for cold and flavourless food. Spending so much money for nothing.
We love pillars! It's our 4 year old granddaughters favourite place! Such a wide variety of food to choose from. Great prices! Excellent service!
Wow this place is proper grim. The guy on the counter was miserable. The food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken curry was so nasty and had loads of pink chicken. The place isn’t very clean either and has loads of flys.
