Worstt people ever
I had a very disappointing experience with this shipper. I waited for almost half a day at the facility, only to be told later that the load was not ready and would not be shipping today. There was no proper communication or update during the wait time. This caused unnecessary delay, wasted driving hours, and affected my schedule. Drivers’ time is valuable, and better planning and communication are expected. Very unprofessional service.
