Ted is very thorough and knowledgeable. He has done two inspections for me now and was excellent both times. You won’t find a better home inspector.
Ted was an absolute pleasure to work with and did an extremely thorough inspection for a condo we were purchasing. He gave us clear recommendations within the unit, and also examined a number of items in the building that we had flagged prior to the inspection. In the cases where there were deficiencies or concerns, he provided excellent advice on how to address them or perform preventative maintenance.
