Michael was very accommodating, responsive and made the purchase process very easy. He answered questions in a timely fashion and negotiated a fair deal for us. He walked us through every step of our first commercial real estate purchase and made the whole process seamless. I highly recommend him and his team.

In August 2024 I began the joinery to purchase a home. Mike Klimek of Pillar stepped up to the plate to help me with this quest. He was ever vigilant on every aspect. Making sure that every home we looked at was up to my standards. He is very personable and genuine. His goal is to make sure the client is satisfied. On September 30th I closed on my first house. It’s all thanks to mikes hard work.
