Agnes was great. I loved her no-nonsense approach. She never over-promised and always stayed on the safe side of caution, which I respect and appreciate. She deep-dived into Dutch law at one point to assist me with a very delicate issue and it really came in handy during my final permanent residency interview. I'm not sure the result would have been the same if I would have opted to tackle that alone. I highly recommend her.
