I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Sones and his team in Hoover, Alabama. During my second trimester of pregnancy I started experiencing pretty intense sciatica pain in my hip and glute area, and he has been such a huge help in managing it. He is incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal chiropractic care and always makes sure I feel comfortable and safe during every adjustment. Best Chiropractor in town!
Pulled something in my upper back and couldn’t move my arm up without a good amount of pain, called and was able to be seen within an hour. Rod Sones did an xray and showed me the issue, then gave treatment of which I felt almost immediate relief. Continued seeing him for a few months to work on strengthening/improving my posture. Excellent care from great people!
I was seeing Dr. Sones in June of this year for a hip issue. He never resolved the hip issue. I ended up with what he called a rib out. I was only there for my hip.I have still not recovered from this pain in my ribs. He said they would fall back down. I still have stinging, tingling, and numbness in my ribs. All he could do was run ultrasound on it. I'm terrified of going to a chiropractor now. I hope I heal soon.
