They are always out of stock or don’t carry what we need. Then they expect me to call around to all the pharmacies in Waco to find out who has the prescription my daughter needs when I was with her at the ER until 2 a.m. When this place first changed owners, they were great. Now they’re awful.
Customers should be able to respectfully express personal views without being removed. There's no vilad reason for the owner to trespass & refuse services because of my negative views on Socialized Healthcare based on my VA referral not going through with payment. They have been a pleasure to work with. They have good customer service and the pharmacist always responds professionally and takes time to explain any questions I may have, I dont feel rushed which shows they care about any concerns I may have. I've gone through Drive through once and service was quick and accurate . Thank you pill box for always doing your best to get my medication when I need it. I really do appreciate all you guys do.
The WORST EVER!! If I could give it no stars I would! I thought that I could try a new pharmacy that is conveniently located near me. First time trying to use them, I immediately was put on hold when I called and I had to hang up and call back again. Went through the drive-through and waited for a while, and she finally came to the window and told me to give her a few more minutes.
