The quality of the pilkington parts has gone down drastically in the last several years. They went from being among the best to trailblazing to the new worst. Seriously, there are more issues with these parts than some of the crappiest brands, Sisecam, PGW/xyg/trival. It’s really sad we have to deal with this crap. Distortions, attachments falling off, misaligned glass panes, laminate ooze out, crooked camera brackets, RVM buttons held on with urethane??, it is honestly ridiculous at this point. Great customer service, they came to me at work and installed the windshield. Even went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car when they were finished. 10/10 service would recommend.
