I called to get some info on a windshield that dealerships said they couldn’t get anymore. I was pointed to Pilington by the last dealership I met with. When I called Pilington, I was met with the most unenthusiastic and unprofessional human I’ve dealt with so far in my 30 years of life. I will definitely be recommending shops to use other companies. They hung up on me, and the contradicted what they were saying. “We stock those” “we don’t have those” “we won’t sell to you”. Pilington should look into better customer service... read more
Friendly staff. Unload time 1.5 good 53” & Sleeper Tight fit docking, tricky! Have to unhook, so not block entrance.
