-Edit- Pioneer has been getting much much better. So far, in 2022, my orders have been getting completed within 2 weeks, and the communication is much better. Before Pilkington got bought out by Pioneer metal finishing, they were amazing. Since Pioneer Metal Finishing bought them, they are BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! They don't respond to emails, they let jobs sit form 3 to 5 months, without letting me know why, they have become very unprofessional. If you have an option to get paint or anodizing elsewhere, I would go elsewhere. You may never get your product back, as a finished product. If I could give 0 stars, I would
