One of the branches of this law firm works for my HOA. They purposefully misinterpret our bylaws to benefit their client and screw over the owners. They also ignore all attempts at communicating about this.
We retained Dan Pilka to represent my father in a probate matter and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The most serious issue was that we were not provided with a complete client file after representation ended, despite multiple requests. The staff as well as Pilka himself is very rude and very unprofessional. I wrote a review before, but apparently it appears to have been deleted by someone at the firm, that within itself explains a lot about this place. Take your business where your moral and value counts, definitely not this place.
Very happy with the services provided by Dan & his team. They handled a civil matter involving a contractor to do work at our home that provided subpar work and refused to fix the job. We had to involve litigation in order to resolve the issue, which we won! Would recommend highly.
