If you are going to stay here, you need to be realistic about what to expect. This is not a resort. There is no swimming pool or tennis courts. The beach, while nice, is not ko olina or Waikiki. But, the AC is very good (if that matters to you), the room is clean and fairly new, the bed is comfortable, linens are clean. The kitchen is not well equipped so we found it was good for breakfast or lunch but not so much for dinner. You'll need to buy just about everything from paper towel to coffee.
