Worst place ever
Just take your lunch and dinner with you. And you might need breakfast. Good luck at that place
Truck entrance is on University, there is lots of space for overnight parking on MLK blvd. You can check in early. I had 0100 appointment, I was checked out by 0420. The dock area can get crowded if there are multiple trucks waiting for paperwork, but otherwise it was very easy to navigate and back up. All of the employees were very friendly. The smell was better than most. One of my best experiences at a meat facility
