I highly recommend Pilgrim Van Builds. Bill designed and helped my DIY the electrical system in my van. He's a busy guy, but he's always found time to help me out when I had questions. He always goes out of his way to accommodate his customers, and after a winter of traveling in my van I can confirm that the whole electrical system worked great. Not a single issue. Thanks Bill!

Bill at Pilgrim Van Builds is great. He fixed a number of problems on our roof due to original conversion by previous owners and installed upgrades, including a new roof rack with Unaka mounts and wind-fairing, plus new flush-mounted solar panels. Having seen the conversions in progress in his shop, which looked great, I have no reservations bringing any future work to him, and would start with him if looking for a new van.

I had 3 different jobs done for our 2024 Ram ProMaster 1500 van over the course of 1 - 2 years. With each job performed, I was completely satisfied. Bill was very attentive to my needs. His response to any questions sent over email was prompt and easily understood. The quality of work he performed was excellent. If I ever have any concerns or questions, I feel confidant I can reach out to Bill and expect a timely response. Should I ever need additional work done, I would look no further than Pilgrim Van Builds.
