170 Pilgrim Rd garage was very cramped and hard to maneuver my mid size suv. Could not find a spot. Very low ceilings. We ended up at the parking garage at 110 Francis St which was much better although still was a bit crowded and winding.
While parking availability is ample, the spaces are notably constrained. Attendant services are not available 24 hours. Following a 16-hour shift at Beth Israel, concluding around midnight, I encountered an absence of attendant assistance. My call to the customer service number provided on-screen was met with an unhelpful and discourteous representative.
